OUR TEAM

Realeague is led by a diverse leadership team with extensive experience in the global basketball industry.

An international sports industry veteran, Jay Li is the Founder and CEO of Realeague. Prior to Realeague, Jay was the Head of Strategic Development & Team Operations Division and Special Assistant to President Yao Ming at the Chinese Basketball Association. He started his career in New York, working for the NBA in Global Media Distribution and Global Partnerships. He currently also serves as the Managing Director of Joe Tsai Basketball Scholarship as well as an Executive Producer of Left-Hand Layup!, a popular basketball animated series on Tencent Video.

Jay received a Master of Management Science in Global Affairs from Tsinghua University and a Bachelor of Arts in Film & Media Studies from the University of Rochester. He was a Schwarzman Scholar and a member of the program’s inaugural cohort. He was the first scholar to be named as a PepsiCo Foundation Henry M. Paulson, Jr. Fellow in the history of Schwarzman College.

Jay was featured as one of the protagonists in CNBC’s 2017 documentary Billionaire’s Bet: The Best & Brightest. He was recognized as a 30 under 30 by Forbes China in 2018.

David Crocker has extensive experience in global basketball development, including his role as a former FIBA Executive Director, where he expanded the organization’s reach in Oceania and Southeast Asia, including leading the 2023 FIBA World Cup. His strategic expertise and deep basketball knowledge align with Realeague’s mission to grow the sport in the Asia Pacific.

Natalie Lee has over 15 years of experience in sports marketing and operations. She has held senior roles at Infront Sports & Media, managing FIFA licensing in Greater China, and has a strong background in managing international events. Her expertise makes her a key leader in Realeague’s efforts to elevate sports across Asia.

Greg Stolt leads the development of new basketball competitions in East Asia for Realeague. With over 15 years at the NBA, he was pivotal in launching the NBA Academy in China. A former professional player, Greg’s deep regional ties and strategic vision are instrumental to Realeague’s mission of expanding basketball in the Asia Pacific.
